1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Aman Travels through https://amantravells.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings submitted via website form, phone, or email are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Booking confirmation is provided via phone call, WhatsApp, or email with trip details, vehicle number, and driver contact.
Fares quoted are based on standard routes and estimated kilometers. Additional kilometers, state taxes, parking fees, and toll taxes will be charged as per actual receipts unless explicitly included in the package.

3. Payment Policy

Advance token payment may be requested to confirm outstation or holiday tour package bookings.
Remaining balance must be paid to the driver or via digital transfer upon trip commencement or completion as agreed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled departure: eligible for advance refund subject to nominal processing fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure or no-shows may incur cancellation charges.
Unforeseen natural road blockages, extreme weather, or government restrictions in hilly terrain (Chardham, Mussoorie, Chopta) will be handled with reasonable alternative arrangements.

5. Customer Safety & Code of Conduct

Passengers are expected to adhere to safety regulations, speed laws, and local rules in Uttarakhand.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Luggage responsibility lies with the passenger; we are not liable for items left unattended in vehicles.
